Concrete calculation for Staircase ( Volume of Staircase )

In this video lecture today I will teach you that how to calculate volume of staircase to find the material quantity like cement sand and aggregate for RCC works.

So after reading this article you will be able to find the volume of different shape of staircase.

Given data :

Width of staircase = 4 feet

Height of flight = H = 10 feet

Trade = 12 inches = 1 feet

Riser = 6 inch = 0.5 ft

West thickness  = 6 inches

Aligned length of staircase = 21.5 feet

Solution :

No of Riser = Total Height of flight  / Height of riser = ?

No of Trade  = Total No’s of Riser – 1 = ?

Volume of One Step = Riser x Trade x Width of Staircase  / 2 = ?

Volume of total Steps = Volume of one step x total No’s of Trade = ?

Total Volume of Staircase = Total Volume of Steps x volume of waist
